Eagle County has established a mobile crisis response system that is tied to paramedics and local law enforcement agencies. This system responds to all 911 behavioral health calls with crisis clinicians to respond at the point of need. Providing care to stabilize individuals in the privacy of their home has led to a 74% reduction of transports to the hospital emergency department and county jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Vail Health Crisis and Community Support Team is a FREE, community-based service that provides 24\/7 support for mental health needs. Support is available over the phone, or in person by calling (970) 306-4673<\/a><\/strong>. After a brief phone assessment, our team can meet you where you are to help you through a challenging moment and connect you with the right resources for ongoing care.<\/p>\n\n\n

Serving Eagle County, the Vail Health Crisis and Community Team can be utilized not only during a mental health crisis, but also when you need immediate support for life’s challenges. Services can be accessed in any language using a translator service.<\/p>\n\n\n
