\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Perform dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA\/DXA) scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality, diagnostic images
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the exam, answering questions, and ensuring comfort and safety
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Review and verify patient information, physician orders, and exam requirements prior to imaging
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Analyze scan results for quality and completeness; ensure proper documentation and submission for physician interpretation
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR) and imaging systems
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control protocols at all times
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Perform routine quality control checks and equipment calibration per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care
